Returns Policy

If something is not right with your order, tell us within 5 days of receiving it.

What can be returned

Products that are unused, in their original packaging, with all accessories and the invoice.

How to ask for a return

Message us on WhatsApp at +92 300 7801856 or call us during store hours (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM). Send your order number and, if the product is faulty, a short video or photo of the problem.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the returned product, your refund is sent through courier within 5 to 10 working days.

What cannot be returned

Products damaged by misuse, or items whose seals are broken.
