TP-Link: 18 months. Tapo: 18 months. Mercusys: 18 months. Dell: 1 year or 3 years, depending on the product. HP: 1 year or 3 years, depending on the product. For Dell and HP products, please confirm the exact period for your product on WhatsApp.

What the warranty covers

Manufacturing defects that appear during normal use. It does not cover physical or liquid damage, power surge damage, or repairs done by anyone other than an authorised service provider.

How to make a claim

Keep your invoice. When you receive your parcel, please make a complete unboxing video or photos — this is required to claim warranty if something turns out to be wrong.
